Olson recently re-opened City Barbershop on State Street in Geneva after it was closed last spring due to COVID-19 and the previous owner decided not to re-open. [Sandy Bressner - email@example.com]Two years ago, Christopher Kemble Jr. (pictured with his parents, Chris and Sheryl) had a mental health crisis and was involved in an encounter with St. Charles police in which he made a false 911 call, pointed something at officers that appeared to be a handgun and was shot by police as a result, records show. In an agreement with prosecutors, he pleaded guilty to aggravated assault of a police officer, a felony, and 30 months of probation. On July 28, he was charged with driving under the influence and resisting a police officer. He and his parents say, that he should have been in Treatment Alternative Court from the beginning.
