A Hinckley woman was charged this month after police allege she attacked an Elgin man with a large kitchen knife, injuring him in a domestic attack, court records show.

A Kane County judge changed his mind and returned an elderly man accused of aggravated criminal sexual assault to electronic home monitoring, above the prosecutor's objections.
